Buenos Aires, March 2 (NA) – A 41-year-old man was charged with alleged grooming after contacting a teenager in Salta province. The suspect communicated with the victim via Messenger, using inappropriate language to intimidate her, according to information from the local Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF), accessed by the Argentine News Agency. In this context, the mother filed a complaint after learning of the facts, prompting the prosecutor specializing in Cybercrime, Sofía Cornejo, to request a search warrant for the suspect's home and the seizure of relevant evidence from the Guarantees Court. IP The accused was arrested and refused to testify during the hearing, where he was charged with grooming, as stipulated in Article 131 of the Penal Code.
